I attended the funeral service and celebration of Mike's life on Tuesday June 18th.
It was a great send off for Mike, his family did a wonderful job with his eulogy, never an easy task. Ivanhoe Harriers was a big part of Mike's early life. His contribution to the Club was huge.
A very large crowd of friends and family attended which really emphasised Mike's standing in the community. Ivanhoe Harriers was well represented with Noel and Janice Burrows, Tim Erickson, John Boas, Bob Cochrane Nick and Joan Hoogenraad, Alex and Janet Tarr, Chris & Evelyn Cole, Joy Hendry, Alan Stone who travelled down from Kyneton and Colin Jenkins in attendance. Apologies if I have missed anyone.
